Krhem-Sekhem
Krhem-Sekhem is an ancient system of wisdom as taught in the temples of Egypt during the time the Egyptians refer to as “The First Time”, around 5000 years BC. Krhem-Sekhem was revered by all who came in contact with it and Krhem gave rise to Egypt being named KRHEM by later civilisations. Krhem-Sekhem was taught separately as Krhem and Sekhem. Sekhem is the Egyptian word for power, and is equivalent in meaning to Chi, Prana and Ki which are words for the essential force that binds the Universe and which is present in all life forms.
Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.
