Where to find the description of each treatment
The booking software includes only the name, the price and the duration of each treatment. You may read more about each treatment at the Services tab on the website. Click here to go to the Services tab.
There is not availability of a 90-minute treatment? Try one with shorter duration
When the system doesn’t allow you to book a treatment with duration of 90 minutes or more, try to book a treatment of a shorter duration. There may not be enough time for a 90-minute treatment between other appointments that have been booked by other people.
The system automatically blocks the availability of the time interval during the procedure
While booking your appointment, once you have clicked on the name of the treatment and the time of the appointment, the system automatically blocks the availability of that time interval for the next 15 minutes, even before you click Confirm.
I have a Gift Voucher what should I select on the booking list?
On the Gift Voucher there is indicated the treatment you are entitle to receive, so select the service mentioned on the voucher.
